Fortitude & Freedom is a performance therapy practice located in Waukee, Iowa, that specializes in treating athletes and active adults using a fitness-forward, holistic approach that includes care around four pillars of health: stress management, nutrition, sleep and movement. Dr. Jake Pawol, PT, DPT, OCS, owner of Fortitude & Freedom, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist and is certified in regenerative dry needling.
